Simply put, I don't find not eating for 16 hours at all difficult, but I have been continuing to drink 2-3 cups of tea (PG Tips!) with a splash of skimmed milk during the "fast" period - does that mean I'm failing??

I think you can have a few calories, less than 20 in the fast period but while I drink coffee I wouldn't add milk to it, even if it is skimmed
I actually just eat in a 6 hour period , more at the weekend to get better results.

What's happening weight-wise runner? (or inches, whichever you record?)

If you are losing you're not failing.

I can't manage without 'tea and a splash'. I'm getting results. Maybe not as good as they would be without the milk but I can only do it because of the milk, if that makes sense.

Jason Fung (fasting guru) says a bit of milk is ok if it helps you to stick to the plan.

LittlePearl I'm not weighing or measuring, really just going by how I feel. But it's reassuring to hear that you are doing the same as me and still getting results from it, so thank you for replying.
