Hope January is going ok. We're more than halfway through now.
I've got 2.5 stone to lose and just started on the Fast 800. I'm not diabetic but definitely want to lose weight in a way that helps me develop a lifestyle rather than it being a fad/quick fix.
I'd been doing well for two weeks but badly binged today on crisps. My achilles heel! I'd love to hear from any others in the same place.
