Looking to loose a few lbs prior to Xmas.

For those of us (appreciate we are all different) who have found skipping breakfast helpful for weight loss I wonder if you want to join me on the weight loss mission for Xmas.

I need to loose some vanity pounds and want to feel comfortable during the period.

I know this has worked for me before if I “do it right”.

I started a few weeks ago and been on a break due to anti biotics, got the nastiest dental abcess ive ever seen Sad

I have a christmas party a week Saturday so im gutted its been on hold. Still on anti biotics so im going to do 18:6 till sunday when im off them then jump right back in

Tattooed. Sorry to hear you’re I’ll, i was too then sort of kept off the wagon. Now have to get back on it though. It really worked for me but it took ages getting used to no food until 12 but it became the norm. Now it’s for much harder again trying to get back there.

Thank started having just milk with coffee and already my intake is going down. Now to discipline myself enough to just have black coffee.

The lovely thing about 16:8 is you can just get back on it.

Because i had alreadu done it a few weeks, im still quite used to eating less, i did 1 24hour fast and that really kick started it for me... from then the snacking stopped and i wasnt as hungry, i really was amazed.
My anti biotics stop tomorrow and cant wait to get back to it

Ah great!

I had breakfast this morning was woken way too early by children. I then preceded to do some work and have been snacking since. I keep talking about doing it and reflecting in summer I felt so energetic in the mornings once I had adjusted. I would be very hungry by 11 am though.

It will be great to have a buddy to do it with.

Hope you’re feeling better - maybe some probiotics too?
