I am going to try this for a while - I have a book the Two meal day...basically as it says eating two meals a day (I will do brunch / lunch and dinner) so kind of like 16:8 fasting in a way. I find it easier to stick to rather than tending to eat lots in the afternoon as i have a tendency to do with 16:8.
Just thought would post for motivation and in case wanton wanted to join in.
