I read the book today after a recommendation. I think I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed as I don’t have much time to weigh ingredients etc & I also don’t eat eggs. I thought the shakes may work for breakfast but lots of people saying they are grim.
Is there a list anywhere of what would be ‘free foods’ or foods that are a no no. I realise the obvious snacks/sugar but
I’m v excited to try it but looking at Facebook group people are quite evangelical.
I think I’m used to diets being weightwatchers or slimming world which seemed quite clear. I just saved my points up for booze/treats and I don’t think really reset my thinking process. Slimming world was v carb heavy.
My true feeling is this seems a great philosophy but I need it to be quite simple in practice. Any advice much appreciated!
