I've successfully lost a stone since January as I'd put on a couple in previous year. I'm back to a healthy bmi weight but feel that although I look okay with clothes on - without my clothes I could do with losing another stone to take me back to where I was previously.
I have a big appetite and I exercise a lot (hobbies rather than for fat loss). I have a sporting event that I'm doing in a couple of months and if I'm honest I want to win. My chances would be doubled if I was lighter so I want to lose in a hurry (a huge amount of training starts in September so fasting will be harder). I know I could lose it over six months but it's more difficult this time of year with holidays, parties.
I watched a programme last night about every other day feast/fast and think this would be doable for me.
I normally eat around 2000 calories a day so will stick to that on feast days and go for 500 calories on fast days. That should give me quite a good calorie deficit.
Anyone done this? My first fast day will be tomorrow.
