Thought I'd create a thread to get some 5:2 meal ideas for fasting and non fasting days
Today is my first non fast day and so far I've had 2 weetabix with semi skimmed milk and a drizzle of honey, lunch was seeded bun with lettuce, tomato, cheese and shredded chicken. I've had 1 square of 85% dark chocolate to get rid of my cravings for sweets!
