Hi I'm about to start the Fast800 and wondered if anyone had any top tips to share? I've been following some of the threads and drinking A LOT of water seems to be the top tip
. I've been doing couch25k (week 9 now) and frankly I'm always very hungry on the days I do it so I am a little worried about the days I exercise so if anyone had any useful pointers to curb any cravings or generally cope better on exercise days on Fast800 I'd love to hear them! Many thanks
