A my titles states I'd be curious to know if the fast800 has negatively or positively impacted your eating behaviours? I'm personally someone who can finishes off all the hot bread if I'm in the right frame of mind, where as i have some friends who are overweight who would never binge, so interested for whom this diet may work for. One really kind poster stated it had helped her and would be keen to hear from others - thank you!
