Was just sorting through some clothes to pack away which don’t fit me now and it made me feel so sad. It’s really not long until summer and I have a whole summer wardrobe there from last year which just will not fit this year. So I want to spend the next month or so trying really hard to lose some weight to drop a size or two.

A lot of people will not agree with this but I had a lot of success in the past with only eating one meal a day (this is the fasting part of the forum so please no negative comments about that). It really worked and I just wasn’t hungry during the day at all. My downfalls are a little biscuit with a cup of tea at work, a bar of chocolate after a long day etc. Things I could easily say no to but just have for the sake of having.

So as of tomorrow I’m planning to only have tea - a big tea though and nothing ‘diety’ so will be plenty of calories in it.

If anyone else would like to join me on their own journeys and check in you’d be more than welcome - you don’t need to be doing the same thing as me.

I would like to start doing some exercise so I may rethink the eating if I feel it’s not enough to sustain me.

How are you getting on Green? Has it been ok? I think I could do this but have a late lunch, I'm an awful binge eater and hoping this might help.

Going well so far! Only two days in though. Have had a naughty bowl of chocolate ice cream after tea but that and my dinner genuinely is all I’ve had in the whole day. Walked an hour or so both nights too :)

Definitely give it a go. Once I start eating I just can’t stop so I’d rather not have anything.

Me too! It's like a food addiction. Will let you know how I get on. Need to lose at least a couple of stone by August 😳

Good luck. Will look forward to hearing how you get on tomorrow.
