I did a great first fast day. I almost felt euphoric after no breakfast (unlike me I am never that happy in the morning,). I also had a teaspoon of salt (as prone to low blood pressure).
The next day I did have breakfast and wait for it, not the healthiest ,about 8 squares of very dark chocolate and a cappuccino. All day I was light headed and bad tempered. I had a sandwich at 12 - as was working. Then had three apples in the afternoon as I felt awful and thought I ought to eat. That said I didn't sleep that well fasting eve.
So today I went back to old breakfast and my appetite was revved again.
So I am really annoyed the frist day went so well and skipping breakfast wow, huge effect on lowering my appetite.
