7 day fast

Has anyone done a 7 day fast/water fast or even longer? I'm on day 6 and trying to decide whether to carry it on as I'm doing really well (lost 13lbs so far) and not really getting hungry at all, just a few tiny rumbles that soon disappear.
I can't find too much research on longer fasts, I have a whopping amount to lose but I don't want to get ill if I carry on, my original plan was to go clean eating/keto when it was finished but I am tempted to just continue.

I think you need to have some nutrients Spicelolly Confused. I had a friend who was told to drink just milk for two weeks before bariatric surgery and she lost loads. How about introducing a low calorie meal into your day? You'll still be losing weight but not literally starving yourself? I could be completely wrong of course but more than 7 days without food sounds a bit worrying.

It's not starving yourself at all, it's going into keto. Loads of research available and the health benefits are huge 😀
2 weeks of drinking milk sounds revolting to be honest, don't think my body would cope with that at all, our bodies aren't actually designed for cow's milk hence why so many people have dairy intolerances.

Oh and calories are lovely things so I would never intended them, you just have to choose the right foods....clean eating cutting out simple carbs and sticking to complex ones is the key, no sugar either. It's simple really.

I'm looking for those in ketosis who has done more than a 7 day fasting to hear their experiences x
