Which one would you recommend for me to lose 30 pounds? I have been struggling to get back on track recently! I live overseas and hace visitors pretty much every week where I will be going out for wine and eating paella so need something that will fit in with that however I have a wardrobe of size 12 clothes that dont fit and would love to be in by summer! Would 800 calories 3/4 days a week then tdee other days work? Thanks for your help x
