Vegan protein powder

Hi there its onky my my second week on this but I found today a bit easier adding in two shakes made with water which were 140 cal each but a whopping 26 g of protein. I also had lots of veg. Is this ok? Tia

I guess if you are staying within the calories you are allowing yourself to have then that would be ok.
