Hi all, anyone tried this? Thinking about giving it a whirl. Any tips please? Also it there an instant version? Think I’may do better having it as a mid morning drink.
Thanks you!

Personally I wouldn’t - it is a trend with no credible evidence to back it up and there are much better options you could have
What makes you want to try it?

I have these, I make them at home although there are few places in the city who sell them.
It's meant to be a meal replacement for those on Keto. High fat so not technically an option during the fasting period.

Because I love coffee and i’m Curious about the MCT oil.

Also I would use it as a meal replacement for breakfast. I often just have a strong coffee in the morning instead of breakfast perhaps the bulletproof coffee would keep hunger at bay until well after 12.
I usually start to feel peckish for 11.30 and have lunch at 12.30 would be good if I could postpone lunch a little later to make the “work afternoon” shorter.

Fine so long as you count the calories, if its on an FD
Try it and see if it is sufficiently filling for the calories
