I have only been on the 5:2 for a few weeks. I lost 3kg last week which seems a bit much. I only need to lose another 5kg to get him to 25. I know the weight loss might slow down. Wondering whether better to increase the calories on other days or to drop to 6:1.

I think i read that 6:1 should be done when you want to maintain your weight. Give it a go though, if you find you aren't losing then you can always go back to 5:2.
