I started 5:2 last Wednesday. I'm also keeping calories down to 12 on nfd and not having any startchy carbs ever.
I've just completed my second fast day
I can't wait to jump on the scales tomorrow.
No diets ever work for me but I did try this wol about 3 years ago and had great results.
I want to fit into a dress Ive bought in a size smaller
and hopefully lose a total of 1 stone 4lbs.
I have managed to work out my food for fast days that give me 3 meals and are within the 500 cals so I'll be sticking with that combination until I get bored!
Anyone else just started?
