Fasting / 5:2 diet

Bit :( I can't eat any more today (& still keep in the low calorie count I'm trying to keep within). What do you do to distract self at such times? I can only drink so much peppermint tea!

Have a soak in the bath / face pack / exfoliate etc.
Take up knitting / sewing / whatever
Go for a walk (eat less move more win:win)
Faff around on Mumsnet😁

Bath... maybe, that's 25 minutes, I guess.

Anything that keeps your hands busy or out of action so you physically can't eat!
Painting your nails or anything like knitting or sewing x
