I am just starting Exante, has anyone else had success? How much weight is expected to lose in the first week?

I have done a number of different VCLD diets and if you stick to it perfectly you will lose weight.

In the first week you can expect 4-7 pounds maybe - but it depends on how much you need to lose.

Most people lose 10 - 14 pounds every month.

Some good rules to keep in mind:

Drink loads of water
Spread your packs out over the day
Limits bars as these can slow weight loss
Don't worry about exercise too much - this will increase your appetite. but walking is good.
Caffeine can sometimes slow weight loss or kick you out of ketosis.
Don't have too many fake sugars (squashes, diet drinks )
Don't even take a day off and promise you'll go back on it - you won't!

Don't cheat... and you will lose weight quickly. But always follow the refeed rules or the weight will come back on in a flash.
