35-40g of protein from 200 kcal, need suggestions

... not high in salt, either.
I had some Lidl prepackaged crayfish tails which were great but even after rinsing well first, omg, so salty I was craving drinks all afternoon. I guess I need a lean but low salt high protein item. Something that I could eat mixed with veg heated up at work, ideally. I'm having a blank, trying to think what to eat that fits. Not fish or seafood, I guess.

Suggestions?

Ah, I'm being a numpty. Eggs will do the job, won't they?

Or only egg whites if you can’t have fat?

Loathe eggwhites, can only just tolerate them with yolk. 3 x hardboiled eggs will work, I reckon. Thx for reply.

oops, you're right, I was wrong, there's too much fat in eggs which means too many calories. DARN. Skinless chicken seems like next best.
