I have a "responsible job", a bit stressful too.
I am very excited as have a holiday booked and have four days to slim down. I was considering the fasting diet but am concerned what might happen to my energy levels during the day.
I am someone who crashes a couple of hours post breakfast so it will be interesting to see. It would be great to hear feedback. I am also someone who picks all day long so I have no idea if this will work for me. It would be great to hear whether how others have managed.
