Starting OMAD tomorrow

Hi all,
I’m starting OMAD tomorrow and can’t wait! I have a habit of grazing and have gained about 20lb over the last year.
Looking forward to a new year of exercise and one nice meal a day!
Has anyone had experience of OMAD before?
Thanks

I've been dabbling with it,I'm doing 16:8/18:6 and a few times I've fasted for as long as possible and just had one meal a day. Not sure I fancy it every day, plus how do you get all your nutrients and vitamins?
Anyway,it certainly helped me lose weight!

I’m aiming to have veggies, quorn and some carbs within the meal and milk for calcium... fingers crossed it will help me drop some weight! I feel with the 16:8 I just graze constantly.

Good luck with it. I find it takes a while to get used to a new pattern. I'm feeling great at the moment though.
