I get really confused.
My weight has steadfastly settled and even though I'm eating really healthy and exercising every day nothing is working. I'm thinking IF might just kick some weight loss off again. I was reading yesterday and I'm thinking I could definitely handle fasting until lunchtime and finishing eating around 6pm everyday. Do you think this would be enough to trigger weight loss? Plus what would that particular plan be called? (If anything!!!)
