Help! I've fallen into a big feast of sandwiches

I did an awesome six weeks in the BSD, dropped around 8kg, wore the amazing dress to the wedding and have since gradually fallen of the wagon, I'm currently eating a tuna mayo sandwich with cheese and ate two twixes first.

Can anyone help motivate me back into the path of healthy eating, I'm feeling all wobbly and my clothes are getting tight.

I keep saying oh well I'll start again on Monday Shock

Stop eating sandwiches. Aim to have a bowl of porridge for breakfast. Then soup for lunch and plan your tea.

Go and try the dress on again. Do you feel as good in it? You can do it.

I'm exactly the same. I was so good all week and then last night a bit tires and stressed and ate
2 natures valley bars a big
Bag of crisps and a tzatziki sandwich.

Back on it today like Pp said

Write yourself a diet and exercise plan and stick to it.
