So after trying WW & SW and losing 2 stone I just am not getting anywhere and I am sick to the back teeth of 'free' and 'speed' foods. I feel like I need to be NORMAL so I have made the decision to start calorie counting and combine it along with the 5:2 plan as I do find fasting a couple of days quite easy. So first of all what's the best app - I do have a fitbit plus the app but I rarely use the app, would that one work or should I get a different one? Secondly would combining the 2 work or is this what the 5:2 plan basically is anyway?
