First day of 5:2 today but just want to check in doing it right! Looking to lose a ridiculous amount as I am around 8 stone over weight!
Right, here we go...
FD are Monday and Wednesday but think it might be different next week. Does it matter if I move them around as long as I don't do back to back?
Today I had a meal replacement bar for breakfast (200cals)
Melon at lunch (100 calls)
Miso and quorn broth (150cals)
Lots of water, black coffee and herbal tea.
Tomorrow I'm just planning to eat as normal but try to make good choices.
Is that it?! How quickly can I expect to lose?
