Hiya everyone,
Appologies if a thread like this has been done before but I couldn't seem to find one. I'm about to start doing the 5:2 diet, and was wondering if any of you had any great tips, such as what you eat on those days, to help get you through?
I don't eat milk, eggs, meat, yogurt, cheese etc so I know it may be a bit more difficult than usual... but any tips are much appreciated!
