Why do I not crave sugar on fast days but do crave it on non-fast days? I don't get it. I thought it would be the other way round? Any ideas? Is it because the carbs I'm eating on non-fast days are spiking me? Maybe I need to low carb on non-fast days? Help!

I'm no expert but I'd reckon it's the carbs on non fast days. Do you eat completely 'normally' when you're not fasting?

It could also be on fasting days that you do other healthy habits as well, perhaps you drink more water or herbal tea, that you don't do on non-fasting.
