Are there any food tracker apps out there that can cope with the varied calorie counts on 5:2? I've got the free version MFP but it will only give you a fixed daily calorie amount, as far as I can see. Are there any where you can set it do 2 500 calorie days, 2 90% and 3 100% days for example?

I think Nutracheck allows this?

Take a look at Myplate

I'm using Carbs and Cals which my gp practice nurse recommended a while ago. It's improved since then. It has photos of portion sizes as well as weight of food, different nutrients and a huge database of food items, cooked in different ways plus things like porridge from Starbucks, dominos pepperoni pizza etc. I find it very useful and clear.
