I'm on my first ever fast day. I've had an actimelthis morningn (30kcals) and I'm staaaaaarving. I've drank loads of water too. I was planning on having carrot and coriander soup (big pots from sainsbos) with 2x thins for tea but wondered if I could half it and have some now? Or shall I just get the first one out of the way and eat around 6ish?
