I've already eaten 340 calories today (wasn't thinking and made my porridge with ss milk instead of water and my morning coffee had milk in as well Blush)

What the hell am I going to eat for dinner that will fill me up!? Sad

Semi skimmed. I've had half a pint today in porridge and coffee. Plus a banana and some blueberries. I could just start again tomorrow but I'm fucked if I'm going to eat porridge for lunch on a NFD I'll probably just try and eat grated courgettes for tea or something.
