Advice for a vegetarian who is EBF

I had my second daughter 9 weeks ago. I know that's not a huge amount of time et al, but I want to diet. I have bad pelvic pain so can't really exercise.

I'm vegetarian and finding it hard to work out what I can eat in a 5:2 diet. Any advice?

Hi Juniper

Congrats on the new arrival! Flowers

Best thing you can do is get over to the main thread, where you'll find a warm welcome. There are several BFers on there, 5:2ing very successfully.

Read the OP and follow the links to the 5:2 recipe thread and the exercise thread.

I'm a vegan, and we veggies and vegans have huge advantage on this WOL - way of life - since we know how tasty and low-calorie veggie meals can be.

BCF, our resident guru will probably advise you to start with 750-1000 cals on your fast days.
