As title says, starting 5:2 for the first time. Planning to have ultrameal shakes on my fast days as they have everything you need in them and it seems less hassle than planning 500 calorie meals. I think I'll be allowed to have two shakes but I'll spread them over the day so it acts like 4 'meals'. Planning to fast on Mondays and Thursday's. Got about a stone to lose and would be happy with any sustainable weight loss in the first instance!
