This may not make sense but tomorrow I'm going to fast and I'm also working my first night shift of the week. Maybe I'm over thinking but when should I start eating again? I'm awake from 7am tomorrow to 8am Wednesday. The thing I was thinking is if it was a normal day then I wouldn't eat during the night as I would be asleep. I have breaks at 1 am and 4am so not sure how to work it?

An FD normally consists of 2 x 8-hr sleeps plus your "awake time" in between. It's generally from supper the day before to breakfast the day after. So, totals about 32 hours+ for most peole
The important thing is to keep the same length of the fast (the time on 500 cals) that you normally have.

I suggest you count 32 hours after your last normal meal before the FD, then eat normally again
