Fasting / 5:2 diet

Hi all, ive calculated my TDEE to be 1997 including exercise - is this what I use for my 5 none fasting days? It seems a lot that's all! I go spinning three times a week plus free weights/other classes.

My TDEE without exercise is 1500 and something, I don't use this one do i?

Apologies, this is all new to me!

Hi bif You can choose 2000 - so stay within that on average.
If you want some leeway at the weekend, you could aim for 1500 on weekday NFDs
If you are in a hurry to lose, I'd suggest 1500 on weekdays, then stick to 2000 at the weekend

Whatever you decide, try for a week or two, then you can always adjust according to hunger / rate of weight loss
