I am starting the 5 diet tomorrow - how was your first day?

Wish me luck!

I plan to skip breakfast as I don't normally have it any.
I get a free lunch at work but there is a salad bar so I am going to ignore the (always delicious) hot option and have an egg with a large salad with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, celery etc. and no dressing. (200 cals)
I might also have a clementine or apple for dessert. (40-50 cals)

My evening meal will be a can of Heniz oxtail soup (166 calories) and a low fat activia yogurt (74 cals)

I am feeling hungry just looking at that.

I am a bit scared.

Can anyone tell me any stories (good or bad) about their first day?

Hi! Come join us on the main thread for chat and tips. Smile

Your FD sounds very organised, it's good to plan in advance like you have.

You might feel hungry the first few FDs but most of us find it gets easier quite soon.

I am actually OK - I found out about zero noodles which I think helped. I am looking forward to eating properly tomorrow and hope I don't overcompensate!
