Only drink alcohol at Weekends
Only eat fruit and vegetables between meals
Eat vegetables with every lunchtime and evening meal
Continue to have two 500 calorie days each week
Not eat after 9pm
I started 5:2 2 years ago and lost about a stone and a half, but really struggled with fasting days over winter - and tbh have eaten far too much chocolate on non-fasting days -I've put half a stone back on and want to lose it again.
So do you have any "rules"?
