Fasting / 5:2 diet

Only drink alcohol at Weekends

Only eat fruit and vegetables between meals

Eat vegetables with every lunchtime and evening meal

Continue to have two 500 calorie days each week

Not eat after 9pm

I started 5:2 2 years ago and lost about a stone and a half, but really struggled with fasting days over winter - and tbh have eaten far too much chocolate on non-fasting days -I've put half a stone back on and want to lose it again.

So do you have any "rules"?

Rule of halves. I.e on a non fasting day if I want a bar of choc I will have half.... Or one of those GU puddings. If I have it with a black decaffeinated coffee its like having a full one. Also only crisps I don't like in the house. And I have just learned to enjoy running!

still Ive made it to 12.30. Now a gu pudding sounds good. And they are only small arent they?
