Hi all, I need some help, someone (or more than one person) to keep me accountable so that I can get back on track as I've been doing really badly recently.
Some background: I was doing 5:2 for a few months (from september until february) and was doing really well. What worked for me was 2 full days of fasting. So I would stop eating after dinner (6ish) previous evening & eat again next evening at 6. In between only coffee / water / tea.
Then because of stressful situations since february (lots has been going on...but isn't that always the case one way or another) I started overeating & I feel really bloated now.
So just that really. Some support much appreciated
