Hi I have saw a lot of good results from this 5:2 diet and fancied trying it out but don't know where to start. Any advice?

I did the 5.2 diet last year and lost 2 stone in a few months.

Stopped doing it about 6 months ago and the weight is back on. I want to start again.

Think I'll be doing Tues and Thurs.

Usually I have a shop bought chicken salad (about 200 cals) or something similar. Then a 200cal steak with lots of veg for for dinner.

I would have this exact menu every fast day and it got boring very quickly. So I need ideas of how to vamp it up a bit.

I'm watching an NCIS DVD and I don't multitask well.

I have only been doing 5:2 for 6 weeks but I'm loving it.
I would suggest you start by working out how many meals you want to split your 500 calories into, I have 3 meals but some people only have 1 or 2.

Plan your meals and fast days before you start, I fast at work as there is less temptation than at home.
