On the fasting days is it ok to have the 500 calories spread throughout the day or is it best to just have one meal?

Whatever works best for you, it doesn't matter.
I've done both in the past.

Whatever you find easiest
Most people seem to get on best with just coffee / tea instead of breakfast and save most cals for supper. Some have lunch + supper.
Grazing usually makes you hungrier.

Try to concentrate on protein and lots of veg; avoid sweet breakfast cereal, fruit juice or treats

Well I'm doing my second fd today and feeling very positive.
Have lost 4 1bs which I'm sure is fluid but still feels good.
Iv stuck to it religiously all week. So pleased. Smile

Well done, that's a good start.

I split it into 3 meals when I started but yesterday I managed to get to lunchtime before I felt hungry so only had two meals.

Iv got used to having a tin of WW chicken noodle soup and then a meal in the evening which is what ever the rest of my family have. Smile
