It might be common knowledge, but I didn't know it had been remade available for watching, so thought I'd share.

Thanks, Marnie! It's been up there a while - always well worth watching.

There's certainly more value in that programme than in the current 'diet' Horizon special currently being shown.

I hadn't heard of this until I saw the add last week, took the test and it recommends I try the 5:2. better start some research.

I'd heard the 5:2 chap was crying on the floor with hunger by lunch time.

I've been meaning to catch up on IPlayer.

I have to say I've been finding 5:2 really easy.
