Does anyone have any good soup recipes for FDs?

Thank you in advance, if you have one you'd like to post!

I have one. Two onions plus a couple of pieces of garlic, chopped and sautéed. Add bits of chicken ( or it can be meat free with mushrooms or quorn) say three breasts chopped up. Three pieces of celery, handful of lentils, two good cups of water and a couple of veg stock cubes. Tin of chopped tomatoes and a squeeze of Tom purée . Cook until celery is soft and chicken cooked then add handful of penne. Cook until Penne is soft. Add pepper to taste. My grandson who is three loves this thick soup. I eat it two day a week to keep me thinnish.
The 5:2 diet is great for me.

There are loads on here.

Why not stick your recipe on there, hole?
