Other than soup
Soup is fine sometimes but I get so sick of it, I want to actually EAT something!
I always do one of the 5:2 days when I am at work. I have to eat something at lunchtime as I am on my feet a lot with my job (teacher) and I couldn't get through the whole day without anything - I don't have breakfast on a fast day.
Any suggestions please? [desperate face]
