I've dabbled with every diet going but have now got to the point of desperately needing to do something about my weight, so thought I'd try ADF.
I did my first proper FD yesterday, ate 438 according to mfp and so have been eating today. I'm already at 1700 cals for today (I know, too much) so was wondering whether I could now go from 3pm today until 3 pm tomorrow on 500 cals, or whether it'd be better to just watch what I eat for the rest of the day today and do a proper full day fast tomorrow?
