Tdee is total daily energy expenditure or something like that. It's what is normal for you to eat. So say your tdee is 1800, then if you ate 1800 calories every day you shouldn't gain or lose weight. Though tdee changes with ages, weight and height.

On non fast days eat and drink what you like so long as you stay within tdee. You may find, if weight loss is your goal, it's best to avoid a lot of carbs and alcohol. Come join us on the big thread and there's lots of people who can give you good and more tailored advice.
