I've been doing 4:3 very successfully- have lost 27lbs since January. I usually fast Monday, Wednesday and Friday, but because of the bank holiday yesterday I didn't fast. We also had friends for lunch, and it appears that I accidentally ate two puddings! 
I really want to lose 1lb this week (to reach 2 stone!) and so was thinking of fasting Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. I think that consecutive fast days aren't "allowed"- but has anyone done them? Is it manageable or will I get hungry/ angry/ grumpy ?
