Can you do consecutive fast days?

I've been doing 4:3 very successfully- have lost 27lbs since January. I usually fast Monday, Wednesday and Friday, but because of the bank holiday yesterday I didn't fast. We also had friends for lunch, and it appears that I accidentally ate two puddings! Smile
I really want to lose 1lb this week (to reach 2 stone!) and so was thinking of fasting Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. I think that consecutive fast days aren't "allowed"- but has anyone done them? Is it manageable or will I get hungry/ angry/ grumpy ?

As you are used to doing 4:3 you shouldn't find doing two consecutive days too bad - I went straight into doing FDs Sun/Mon and then another FD on a Thursday. I think you might find doing three days out of four quite tough. I would suggest having two consecutive FDs then two consecutive NFDs, and then another FD.

Thanks! I'm going to give it a go and see what happens. Can always make it a "lighter" day, not a full fast.

I did Mon, Tues and then Thurs once. It was the week before going on holiday to compensate for the Wine calories!

Didn't find it too bad tbh.

May do it again to kick start the last stubborn stone!
