I started 5:2 last year and got on with it really well.
Strangely, mentally I felt loads better much less foggy.
Unfortunately I became quite poorly and had to stop for a while.
Now I am back and ready to go again...I've put on about half a stone and want to lose it ASAP.
Will 5:2 help with this? I'll start again regardless but do really want these pounds gone!
