FD Lunch Advice

Hi all

I've just started today and had my first FD, so far so hungry good. However, I've just realised I'm at a training course on Wednesday, when I planned to do my next one. Any recommendations for lunch on the go for 200/250 cals?

thanks

Bought or brought?

If bought - a Pret protein pot
www.pret.com/menu/sushi_salads_soups/egg_spinach_protein_pot_PUK5381.shtm

or Itsu
itsu.com/menus/sides_and_small/salmon-sashimi_uk10000017.html

If brought
Rice cakes (35 cal per cake), bagged salad (20 cal), tablespoon Tahini with lemon juice (60cal)

My usual staple FD foods....

Miso soup
Two boiled eggs
Fruit (which may make you hungry)
Salad
Skinny popcorn (which like fruit may make you hungry after)

Alternatively a hot drink that lasts a while may be more suitable.

If you fancy a more 'traditional' lunch what about a Warburtons thin (100cal), slice of ham (23-28cal), a pack of quavers or french fries (80-90cal) and carrot sticks?
