I have lost one stone one pound so far on 1:1 and love this WOL. Once I reach my goal (in six pounds) I will go 5:2 and see how I get on.
Anyway I felt really skinny and decided to try on my old jeans which I haven't been able to wear in ages. I thought these will pop on no problem, probably even be baggy...well I got them on - just! Struggled to do them up and my muffin tops looked like a prize-winning cake stand at a village fete.
On other occasions I have felt fat and tried stuff on convinced I wouldn't be able to get my ankles through and then my clothes were loose! 
I think it's easy to see how people can get dysmorphic/anorexic when the mind is so powerful.
Anyone else found this?
