I'm wanting to try this out but am looking for ideas of what to cook that will work with family meals. I've seen some lovely 5:2 recipes online... but not ones that I can imagine working as meals for DS (6) DD (3) and DH (veggie).
How do people on here manage? I'd been thinking about making fast days soup days, with me only having the soup and not the bread - would that work? I work 4 days a week so would have one 'meal' at work.
